Still Waiting for a Real Update

A week after our previo notice, all I know is that it’s “an internal thing,” meaning that Fred and I don’t need to add or re-do any paperwork. Sort of comforting, but sort of not. Since we can’t possibly know when the “internal things” will stop happening and our file will be approved and actually eligible for a match referral.
Still waiting for a REAL answer from our agency.

I know it’s personal and different for everyone, but Psalm 130 has been with me as I’ve waited through my own recent life events. I think there’s something comforting about “in His word I put my hope” – because no matter where it is for each of us who believe, every believer I know has a “safe place” in scripture they can go to during the most difficult of times for comfort.
This just happens to be mine. But I can “testify” to the following – the Lord is faithful to those who continue to believe even when answers are few and your own actions can be fewer. I will continue to pray for you and Fred as always.
