		<description>Looks to me like you and Fred could use an Adoption Management System (AMS).  I think I might know where you can get one if you have somewhere between $300k-$800k laying around... ;-)  Or, you could apparently just apply for Federal Stimulus Funds, they seem to be giving money away for everything these days!

So on a serious note, I continue to be amazed how anyone gets through this process at all.  It requires so much attention to so many details - and so much patience.  The system really does ensure that people that go through all of this REALLY want to adopt children - because you can&#039;t go through all of this without already being committed to the child or children before you even have them!  

Of course I know it&#039;s different for every adoption and for every country, state, city.. but this level of rigor certainly must discourage alot of adoption as well.  I wonder how much of this rigor is really necessary in every instance.</description>
